As a criminal investigator in the Dallas / Fort Worth area, he founded the Irving Police Department’s computer crime lab in 1997. After leaving law enforcement, Atty. Wilson became one of the forefathers of Digital Forensics in civil litigation.

Atty. Wilson has over 18 years of experience in conducting digital forensic examinations and the interpretation of electronic data. He has served in the roles of Consulting Expert, Testifying Expert, Neutral Expert, and court-appointed Special Master.
